Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets and participation in the AI Devworld Conference (the "Event"), organized by Frontend Revolution B.V. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, accessing, or participating in the Event, whether in-person or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The AI Devworld Conference is a hybrid conference that includes in-person attendance, online livestream access, access to recordings, access to the Event app, networking functionality, and digital attendee services. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event format, schedule, speakers, content, venue, platform, or other aspects of the Event at any time.

Remote Ticket: livestream access, recordings, Event app access, and networking features. One-Day Ticket: one day of in-person attendance plus all remote features. Full Conference Pass: access to all conference days plus all remote features. Leadership Summit Ticket: full conference access plus Leadership Summit sessions and activities.

Registration is complete upon receipt of full payment. Tickets remain the property of the Organizer until full payment has been received.

Ticket holders may request a refund up to sixty (60) calendar days before the first day of the Event. After this deadline, tickets become non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@devworldconference.com.

Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time before the original ticket holder has checked in at the Event. Once a ticket has been used to gain entry, no transfer is possible.

If the Organizer cancels the Event in its entirety, ticket holders may choose either a full refund of the ticket purchase price or credit toward a future event organized by Frontend Revolution B.V. Travel, accommodation, visa, and other incidental expenses are excluded.

The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, postponements, modifications, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, terrorism, war, venue closures, transportation disruptions, internet outages, or cybersecurity incidents.

The Organizer reserves the right to change speakers, schedules, session content, venues, platforms, or sessions without entitlement to refunds or compensation.

Attendees must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

All participants must comply with the Event Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Users may not send spam, scrape attendee information, harvest personal data, use automated collection tools, or circumvent security measures. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

All Event content remains the property of the Organizer or applicable rights holders. Attendees may take personal notes and share limited excerpts on personal social media for non-commercial use. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer and its partners the right to photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional, educational, archival, editorial, and commercial purposes without compensation.

Sponsors, exhibitors, recruiters, and other partners operate independently. The Organizer is not responsible for their products, services, communications, marketing activities, or privacy practices.

Attendees requiring accommodations should contact hello@devworldconference.com as early as possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontend Revolution B.V.'s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable ticket.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Event Privacy Statement.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Event website.
