Once shared, the receiving organization becomes an independent controller of your personal data and processes your information according to its own privacy policies and practices.
Frontend Revolution B.V. is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
We encourage attendees to review the privacy policies of organizations with whom they choose to share their information.
7. Session Attendance, Agenda and Interest Sharing
The Event app may allow attendees to:

- Bookmark sessions
- Favorite talks
- Follow speakers
- Express interest in exhibitors or sponsors
To facilitate speaker engagement, audience measurement, and event reporting, information regarding attendance, bookmarked sessions, favorited talks, and similar engagement activities may be shared with the speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, or company associated with the relevant session or content.
This information may be used by those organizations for follow-up communications, audience analytics, and business engagement purposes.
By using these Event app features, you acknowledge that such information may be shared as described in this Privacy Statement.
8. Photography, Video Recording and Livestreaming
The Event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, and livestreamed.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that:
- Photographs may be taken throughout the venue
- Video recordings may capture attendees
- Livestreams may include audience participation
- Event recordings may be published online
- Event recordings may be used for future promotional, educational, and commercial purposes
Where reasonably possible, attendees may request removal of individually focused photographs by contacting us.
However, we cannot guarantee removal of attendees appearing incidentally in crowd photography, video recordings, livestreams, or archived content.

The Event app may include:

- Session recommendations

Information you choose to make available through your profile may be visible to other attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and Event partners using the platform.
You remain responsible for any information you voluntarily publish through these features.

We use third-party providers to operate the Event and support our business activities.

- Registration and ticketing platforms, including Zoho Backstage, TicketTailor, and Eventbrite
- Event management and networking platforms
- Payment processors including Stripe and Mollie
- Email and communication platforms including Brevo
- CRM systems including HubSpot
- Analytics and advertising platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Plausible Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
These service providers may process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements where required by law.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Photographs, videos, livestream recordings, and related media may be retained indefinitely for archival, educational, historical, and promotional purposes.
